When understanding alone is not enough
You may rationally know perfectly well that you need more rest, need to set boundaries or need to manage your workload differently.
And yet you keep going.
Until your body gets involved.
Tension, fatigue, restlessness, poor recovery or the feeling of constantly being “switched on” can be signals that something needs to change.
Within body-oriented guidance, we explore the interaction between the body, nervous system, stress, emotions, behaviour and recovery.

When might this guidance suit you?
For example, when you:
- find it difficult to relax
- consistently demand a lot from yourself
- only recognise your boundaries afterwards
- hold a great deal of physical tension
- struggle to recover
- repeatedly fall back into the same patterns
- understand rationally what you should change, but find it difficult to actually change it.
Not only talking about change
Depending on your needs, I combine conversation and reflection with body awareness, breathing, movement, regulation and practical behavioural change.
You learn to recognise more clearly:
What is happening in my body?
What happens before it?
What do I need?
And what can I do differently?
The goal is not endless analysis.
The goal is for insight to translate into different behaviour.
Wondering whether this fits you?
Book an appointmentHealth and ambition
I work with many people who are used to carrying significant responsibility and setting high standards for themselves.
Ambition does not have to be the problem.
The question is whether your body and lifestyle can sustainably support that ambition.

Health and ambition do not have to exhaust each other. They can strengthen each other.
